Warranty policy for merchandise with local warranty?
Merchandise with local warranty can be sent for service at the respective service centers within the warranty period.
Both the winners receipt and transaction receipt must be presented at the respective service centers for warranty claims.
CPCM does not provide any warranty claims or exchange in our stores.
Exchange policy for merchandise without local warranty?
All merchandise redeemed are strictly non-exchangeable or refundable.
In the event of defects, all non local warranty merchandise can be exchanged within 3 days.
Both the receipt and membership card must be presented for the exchange.
Exchange is strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated 3 days time period.
Used and damaged items due to wear and tear are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable - there are no exceptions to this.

Member identity verification Required
Redemption of products with 50,000 tickets and above?
Verification of NRIC/SingPass/Driving License/ Student Pass is required.
Card Owner has to be present in order to process the redemption.
In the event that the card owner is not present to exchange for the product, an Authorization Letter AND photo of NRIC/Driving License from the original card owner must be presented.
All data from the verification process is strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed.

How can I book a birthday party at Cow Play Cow Moo?
You can conveniently book a birthday party online. Once we receive your request, our
dedicated team will assist you throughout the booking process via your registered email.
How far in advance should I book a birthday party?
To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking at least 1 month in
advance.
What is the minimum and maximum number of guests for a birthday party?
Our party packages accommodates up to 20 children and 20 adults per appointment.
Can I bring and store a birthday cake or food at the venue earlier?
Yes, you can bring your cake ahead of time and store it in our fridge.
Payment and Policies
How much does it cost to book a birthday party?
Our packages range from $58 to $99 per child, depending on the selected package
What if I am unable to attend my appointment on the scheduled date?
If you are unable to attend, please reschedule your appointment via your registered email. Do notify us at
least one week in advance to arrange an alternate available time slot for you.
Do I need to make full payment upon booking the appointment?
Full payment is required upon receiving an email from us and must be paid within the specified timeframe.
Will I have to sign any waivers or put down a deposit?
A deposit of $100 in cash or via PayNow is required on the day of your appointment.
The deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the event, provided the following conditions
are met:
1)No damage has been caused to arcade machines, furniture, or other venue facilities.
2)The venue is cleaned and restored to its original condition.
3)If the cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount, the guest will be responsible for
covering the additional charges.
What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
We recommend arriving on time as your appointment will still conclude at the scheduled end time, regardless of late arrival, so no extensions of your time slot will be given. To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow for any necessary preparations.
How long is the birthday party?
Our standard birthday party duration is 3 hours. If there are no bookings
scheduled after yours, you may request an extension, subject to prior management
approval.
Food and Beverage Arrangements
Does Cow Play Cow Moo arrange food and beverages for parties?
Customers are responsible for arranging their own food and drinks. Please note that our microwave is for halal food only. You may liaise directly with your food provider or arrange
for delivery. Food setup can begin 15–30 minutes prior to your appointment. Please note that we do not assist with setting up food.
Do you provide plates, utensils, or other party supplies?
No, we do not provide plates, utensils, tissues, drinks, party hats, or other supplies. Customers are required to bring these items themselves.
Venue Details and Items Provided
What do we provide on site?
We offer the following items as part of our standard setup:
1) Freezer and refrigerator for food storage
2) Balloon pillar decorations
3) A TV screen displaying a ‘Happy Birthday!” Message, along with the age that you specify
us to change
4) Goodie bags (based on the package selected)
if you wish to include additional decorations of your own, please inform us in advance to
ensure they can be accommodated and approved. We do not offer help to set up
decorations.
Can I book this birthday party package at all Cow Play Cow Moo locations?
No, parties are hosted exclusively at our Cow Play Cow Moo location in Suntec Branch
B1, beside the redemption area.
Special Requests and Customisations
Is there a host for the party?
No, we do not provide a host. Customers are encouraged to plan and manage their
own activities and schedule, provided the party concludes within the allocated time.
